Veneers

A refined smile with a natural finish

Veneers are thin restorations placed on the front of selected teeth to improve colour, shape, spacing or symmetry. They may be made from porcelain or another suitable material depending on the case.

Veneers may help with:

  • Discolouration that does not respond as expected to whitening
  • Chipped, worn or uneven teeth
  • Small gaps or differences in tooth shape
  • Creating a more balanced smile line

What to consider

Veneers are not the right answer for every patient. Your teeth, gums and bite must be assessed first. Some cases may be better treated with whitening, bonding, orthodontics or crowns. Tooth preparation may be required and the treatment can be irreversible.

Your dentist will explain material choices, expected maintenance, risks and alternatives before treatment.
